If you like to make pumpkin pie, cheesecake, bread, whatever, here is a great way to prepare fresh pumpkins. When I found this I ended up buying and preparing about 5 of these little babies. I like to roast them a little longer for that added roasty flavor. Also, I love Ree. She inspires me. Go here.
